Apostles on Mission Program for Young Adults

We hope all is well at your parish. We are writing to announce details for the upcoming Apostles on Mission Program for young adults. The Apostles on Mission program will be held at the St. Dominic Chancery (2403 Holcombe Blvd., Houston) on Monday evenings starting September 11, 2023. We ask that you publicize this event at your parish.
Apostles on Mission is a program to give young adult Catholics the tools and experience
needed to be evangelizers to their families, parishes, and communities. Young adults who are active Catholics have an important place in the Church and are needed now more than ever to share their talents, enthusiasm, and creativity in the church and in the world! Yet living as a young adult Catholic can be challenging without a strong peer community, frequent transitions, and sometimes a lack of opportunities provided to be involved in leadership.
This program has given lots of fruits, and we would appreciate it if you announce it via bulletin/email to the young adults in your parish. Please email us at [email protected] to receive the electronic graphic. The following blurb can be used for your bulletin/email:
Apostles on Mission
Apostles on Mission is a 10-week formation program in leadership and evangelization for young adults. The program will offer a chance to cultivate your personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to understand your personal gifts and strengths, and to live out these gifts in a unique way within your community. The sessions will be held at the St. Dominic Chancery (2403 Holcombe Blvd.) on Mondays from 7:00-8:30 pm starting on September 11, 2023, and ending on November 13, 2023. The cost is $35 per person. The deadline to sign up is Sept. 6th.
