The Hospitality Ministry was developed to provide a calming and spiritual atmosphere in
worshiping our Lord. This is provided by members who greet parishioners and visitors as they
enter the sanctuary with a warm smile and offer help and assistance if requested.

Greeters are to report fifteen minutes before church services and stand at the entry doors.

This ministry orchestrates receptions to celebrate First Communion, Confirmation, Graduation
and other celebrations when requested. This allows church members and visitors to mingle and
enjoy refreshments after the designated mass.

This ministry is open to all adult members of the church who are willing to provide a service to
others to ensure they feel welcomed by our church family.
